Louie Gabel, a former federal prosecutor and experienced trial lawyer, handles sensitive internal investigations, government-facing litigatio, and complex commercial disputes for major companies. He regularly represents businesses and individuals in high-stakes matters involving allegations of fraud, breach of contract, and possible violations of federal and state law, including the Taft-Hartley Act, Foreign Corrupt Practice Act, False Claims Act, the Controlled Substances Act, and Misconduct in Office.
