He has extensive experience representing clients in the gaming, aerospace and PEO industries. Lorne’s notable transactions include representing Hard Rock International on multiple acquisition and development projects including of the Mirage Casino Hotel in Las Vegas, Hard Rock Metropolitan Park to be located at CitiField, New York, the former Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City and Jack Casino Cincinnati; VSE Corporation on its $2.025 billion acquisition of Precision Aviation Group, Inc. and $350 million acquisition of Aero3, Inc.; The Stars Group on its £11 billion combination with Flutter and $4.9 billion acquisition of PokerStars and FullTilt Poker; and ENGAGE PEO on multiple acquisitions and divestitures.
