Lorne Cantor focuses his practice on a range of transactional matters including M&A, complex joint ventures, and public and private securities offerings. He has extensive experience representing strategic and private equity clients in the gaming, transportation and distribution and PEO industries. Lorne’s notable transactions include representing The Stars Group on its £11 billion combination with Flutter; Hard Rock International on multiple acquisition and development projects including of the Mirage Casino Hotel in Las Vegas, the former Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City and Jack Casino Cincinnati; The Stars Group on its $4.9 billion acquisition of PokerStars and FullTilt Poker; VSE Corporation and ENGAGE PEO on multiple acquisitions and divestitures; and Hard Rock International on its stadium naming rights agreement with the Miami Dolphins.
