Labor and Employment

Ms. Damon is the immediate past Chair of Seyfarth Shaw's L&E Department. Her practice has an emphasis on employment counselling and investigations as well as litigation of sex, race and age discrimination and harassment claims. She advises companies nationwide on issues of diversity and conducts privileged and non-privileged audits and assessments of the workplace. Ms. Damon is accountable for Seyfarth’s Lean Six Sigma efforts with clients and is a certified GreenBelt. She was named Employment Lawyer of the Year at the inaugural Chambers USA Women in Law Awards.
