He has extensive experience representing employers in wage and hour matters, unfair competition litigation, discrimination, and wrongful termination actions. In his counseling practice, he enjoys providing creative solutions to complicated human resources management challenges. Mr. Ashe led the Seyfarth team on the unanimous U.S. Supreme Court ruling, Somers v. Digital Realty Trust, that defined the proper scope of whistleblower status under the Dodd Frank Act.
Mr. Ashe speaks widely to management groups, writes frequently on employment matters and is often quoted in newspapers and periodicals.
