Mr. Newman focuses on complex labor-management relations, including negotiation of national and local collective bargaining agreements, trying cases before the NLRB and courts, advising on overcoming union "corporate campaigns," representing companies in acquisitions and mergers. and strategically participating in employment litigation.

Serves as an editor on the ABA's "The Developing Labor Law."
