Mr. Damato handles the full breadth of labor and employment law matters, with a focus on representing management in traditional labor law matters. Mr. Damato serves as the chief negotiator or strategic advisor for clients in collective bargaining negotiations throughout the United States, ranging from multi-employer negotiations involving thousands of employees to single bargaining units with fewer than 50 employees. He also handles grievance and arbitration proceedings and the full range of National Labor Relations Board proceedings, and provides advice and counsel on contract administration, strategic planning and the labor aspects of transactions.
