Lee Evans has a busy personal injury practice, with particular emphasis on serious brain injury, Functional Neurological Disorder [FND], psychiatric injury, spinal injury, chronic pain and amputation cases.
He has a particular interest in diagnosis, treatment and causation issues in brain injury cases and functional disorder cases.
His work includes cases that have arisen from road traffic accidents, serious industrial accidents and industrial diseases. He has a specialism in the interpretation of occupier’s and employer’s liability legislation.
Lee regularly appears in the High Court and is instructed by the catastrophic injury teams of leading insurers, including Direct Line Group, Hastings Direct, NFU Mutual, Zurich, LV, Aviva, QBE, Tradewise and Eldon Insurance.
He has been a contributor to Kemp & Kemp and the Personal Injury Handbook and has co-written editions of Munkman on Employers’ Liability.
