Practice Areas
Specialises in representing regulated professionals in proceedings before disciplinary tribunals and on appeals to the High Court. He has also represented regulatory bodies but now concentrates on defence work. He has appeared in many of the leading appeal cases in relation to the conduct of solicitors including Salsbury v Law Society (Court of Appeal). He has particular expertise in defending those accused of dishonesty and advising those under investigation by regulators with a view to avoiding disciplinary action being taken.
Career
Solicitor 1978 – 2013. Took Silk 2003. Called to the Bar at Gray’s Inn Michaelmas Term 2013 and became a Tenant at Farrar’s Building on 1st January 2014.
