She has substantial experience advising employers on internal investigations, reasonable accommodations and leave issues, employee discipline and termination, wage and hour compliance, personnel policies, reductions in force, drug testing, trade secrets, workplace torts, as well as negotiating and drafting employment, restrictive covenant and severance agreements.
