For over 20 years, Larry has represented owners, contractors, and design professionals in disputes involving industrial and civil infrastructure, power and petrochemical plants, LNG liquification and export facilities, data centers, mining projects, solar and wind energy plants, battery energy storage systems, carbon capture and storage project, offshore and ultra-deepwater marine platforms, water and wastewater treatment plants, transportation, high-rise commercial buildings, health care facilities, hotels and high-rise residential buildings, and manufacturing plants. He provides creative solutions to clients’ business and legal challenges, and achieves successful project outcomes, through contract negotiation and the drafting of construction and EPC agreements, practical project execution advice, and the resolution of disputes through litigation and arbitration throughout the United States and internationally. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Roster of Construction Arbitrators, and an adjunct professor of Construction Law at The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University.
