Laurie represents local and national employers in a broad range of employment and labor matters in federal and state courts, labor arbitration, mediation, and administrative agencies, including the EEOC, Department of Labor, the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, the Colorado Department of Labor, and the Wyoming Fair Employment Program.
Laurie also provides employment counsel and training to employers of all sizes on a range of issues including, compliance with state and federal laws, hiring, discipline, termination, harassment, discrimination, drug and alcohol policies, and disability accommodation and leave management.
