Jon counsels energy industry clients leveraging extensive state government experience and knowledge of Alaska's resource and economic development opportunities. His practice focuses on natural resources project development, defense of governmental and citizen enforcement actions, and complex commercial litigation.
Jon served as senior counsel to the Alaska Department of Natural Resources commissioner; and Special Assistant to the Attorney General. He was the also State of Alaska’s lead negotiator in a multi-year negotiation over one of the largest undeveloped oil and gas fields in North America.
