Lauren is a member of the firm’s Class Actions, Privacy, Cybersecurity and Data Innovation, and Appellate and Constitutional Law practices. Her practice focuses on high-stakes class- and mass-action disputes, particularly in the areas of data privacy and product liability. She currently serves as lead counsel for major technology and social media companies in dozens of putative class actions alleging violations of the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, the Wiretap Act, the Stored Communications Act, the California Invasion of Privacy Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and various common-law privacy doctrines. Lauren is also national counsel for a major consumer-products company in connection with its extensive product-liability docket.
