She advises global retailers and brands entering Canada (through M&A, e-commerce, bricks and mortar or a combination) on their market entry strategies and related legal issues. She advises retail industry clients on operational issues, new channels, business lines and customer experiences, and growth across markets. Lara excels at negotiating M&A transactions, loyalty and credit card programs and commercial matters for retailers (including e-commerce/digital) and consumer facing businesses. She provides guidance on multifaceted strategic and operational issues.
