Kristina Moore's practice focuses on the arbitration and litigation of high-stakes commercial and international investment disputes, particularly in matters related to construction, energy, and mining. Recent highlights include representing a Fortune 500 EPC contractor that recovered $370 million in an ICC arbitration over a multi-billion dollar LNG project. Kristina represents clients in state and federal courts and in numerous arbitrations and annulment proceedings under the rules of major arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and at the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) under the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Rules.
