Kristin Zinsmaster

Kristin K. Zinsmaster is a partner in the Minneapolis Office of Jones Day. She practices in the firm's Business & Torts Litigation, Investigations & White Collar, and Health Care Life Sciences groups. Kristin represents clients and individuals doing business across a variety of industries, with a particular focus on health care and health care-adjacent companies. Her recent litigation and investigative experience includes claims involving public nuisance, professional liability, business torts and contract disputes, federal securities law, anticorruption (Foreign Corrupt Practice Act [FCPA] and UK Bribery Act), and the federal Controlled Substance Act (CSA) and False Claims Act (FCA). Kristin also has signifcant experience working on matters for public companies involving special litigation committee (SLC) investigations. Kristin is a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel in the District of Minnesota and maintains a sizeable pro bono practice, devoted primarily to representing individuals who qualify for the services of the Federal Defender. She currently serves on the Board for the Fund for Legal Aid and is a former NCAA Division II cross-country and track athlete.
