Kenneth Schwartz

Ken Schwartz has more than two decades of experience handling real estate and related transactional matters involving a wide range of asset classes and industries, including hospitality, senior living, multifamily, office and mixed use developments. He regularly takes the lead legal role in the negotiation of acquisitions, dispositions, ground leases, space leases, joint ventures, acquisition and construction loans, design and construction contracts, and other agreements relating to real estate development. In addition, Mr. Schwartz's experience encompasses recapitalizations, workouts and restructurings and structuring and transactional matters relating to the District of Columbia Tenants Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA).
