Keith Blackwell

After more than eight years as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia, Keith Blackwell now focuses on the representation of clients in high-stakes litigation and appeals involving complex and unusual issues, including issues of first impression, novel applications of settled law to emerging industries and technologies, conflicts in the law, unfavorable precedents, and esoteric doctrines of law. He has represented a wide range of corporate clients, including manufacturers, retailers, financial institutions, insurance companies, and health care providers. And he has represented clients in a wide range of litigation and appeals, from constitutional and regulatory cases to products liability, mass tort, and contract litigation.
