Keith B Davis

Keith Davis represents leading international and domestic technology companies in complex patent and trade secret litigation. He has handled matters involving telecommunications, electronics, semiconductors, device manufacturing and tools, processors and memories, computing and databases, and other technologies. Keith has significant experience related to standards setting organizations (SSOs) and FRAND/RAND obligations. He is experienced in Texas federal and state courts, but enjoys a nationwide practice that includes California and Delaware federal courts. Keith also has industry experience as a practicing electrical engineer for a major defense contractor and a cellular chip company.
