Many of Katie’s clients are high net worth individuals and her cases often involve trusts and family businesses, whether in this jurisdiction or offshore. Katie regularly advises in relation to asset protection and is experienced in drafting and negotiating pre- and post-nuptial agreements, as well as acting for clients who have signed such agreements upon divorce.
