Edward is a Partner in the residential property team. He has experience in all aspects of residential property work including listed buildings and new prime London apartments. He focuses in particular on the prime and super prime ends of the London and country property markets and regularly assists individuals who are purchasing, selling, mortgaging or letting high value homes, investment properties or country houses. Edward also advises both landlords and tenants in respect of statutory lease extensions in some of the most desirable parts of London. He works hand in hand with our private client and corporate teams in structuring transactions in a tax efficient manner.
