Natasha advises a broad range of UK and non-UK domiciled high net worth individuals on private client, tax and trust work. Natasha has particular expertise in advising on tax, trust and succession matters for landed estates and UK trusts and family businesses. She has significant experience of both domestic and offshore structures for owning property, as well as the tax planning and trust issues relating to those. This includes consideration of succession planning for landed and other estates, Wills, business interests, matrimonial aspects and asset protection strategies for numerous clients (UK and otherwise) as well as more bespoke advice. Some of Natasha's notable projects include the implementation of a partnership arrangement in relation to a historic house, open to the public, in order to secure business property relief on chattels used in the partnership and advising on the restructuring and incorporation of an urban estate owned in a complex trust structure.
