She is experienced in advising husbands and wives on their financial separation upon divorce, both in the context of court proceedings and out-of-court negotiation. Many of Katie’s clients are high net worth individuals and her cases often involve trusts and family businesses, whether in this jurisdiction or offshore. Katie regularly advises in relation to asset protection and is experienced in drafting and negotiating pre- and post-nuptial agreements, as well as acting for clients who have signed such agreements upon divorce.

Katie represents clients who are in unmarried relationships, advising on the implications of entering into a cohabiting relationship, as well as acting for parties whose relationship has broken down. She also advises on private children law matters.
