A seasoned litigator and trial attorney, Kathy helps clients protect and preserve their interests in complex commercial, business, health care, fiduciary and trust and estates controversies.
Kathy has tried cases to conclusion in federal and state courts and before arbitrators. Recognizing that client interests require immediate action, Kathy’s practice includes temporary restraining and injunctive orders. She regularly represents majority and minority owners, officers and directors in intracompany conflicts and helps businesses safeguard their trade secrets and intellectual property from improper use.
Within fiduciary disputes, Kathy represents professional and individual trustees, estate administrators and beneficiaries in probate courts and in other civil litigation. Kathy also counsels employers on mitigating risks related to violations of employment agreements, including noncompetes.
Career
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Kathy was a partner at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly LLP, and before that, at Rider Bennett, LLP. While in law school, she was an editor for the William Mitchell Law Review.
