Steve is the regional practice lead of Fox’s Labor & Employment Department for the Denver office with a presence also in the firm’s San Francisco office. An experienced labor and employment litigator, he represents domestic and international employers in a broad range of disputes, particularly discrimination and wage and hour matters. He also has extensive experience defending employers against nationwide class and collective actions involving allegations of large-scale, systemic discrimination and other civil rights violations.
Steve provides advice and counsel with respect to strategic planning and human resources issues, and advises companies on the labor and employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions. When issues arise at the executive level, clients rely on Steve to direct litigation against departing executives for violations of noncompete agreements and trade secret theft.
Prior to joining Fox, Steve was a partner and co-chair of the class action litigation practice group at a national labor and employment law firm.
