Currently Adam is involved in two litigation matters regarding real estate and zoning disputes with the City of Miami. He is also particularly adept at representing shareholders or members of businesses when disputes arise over corporate governance or ownership, including closely held or family-owned businesses. He represents cannabis companies in a wide range of business-related litigation.

Adam has also represented music companies both as plaintiff and defendant in copyright disputes and has defended numerous other companies in trademark infringement claims.

In recent litigation, Adam secured a resolution valued at nearly $8 million regarding a potential purchase of an auto dealership in Florida after litigation ensued over the contract. In other recent litigation, he secured a policy limits settlement of $1.3 million regarding a legal malpractice claim pertaining to an underlying trusts and estates representation that included allegations of breach of fiduciary duty.

Career

Prior to joining Fox, Adam was a name partner in Hall, Lamb, Hall & Leto, P.A., a Florida-based, nationally recognized commercial litigation boutique where he had practiced for 20 years.
