As a trial attorney, Joseph exhibits a high degree of competency. He knows all the intricate facts and exhibits a mastery of the issues that not a lot of trial attorneys do.

Joseph is very highly regarded for legal and case strategy. In managing complex litigation, he's a brilliant strategist with what basketball language calls peripheral vision or court awareness.
He has the ability to marry together the legal and the commercial, as he has the practical knowledge of commercial transactions and also the legal knowledge.
