Kate is a Senior Associate in the Regulatory Disputes team at Osborne Clarke, based in the Bristol office. She advises clients on all aspects of public and utilities procurement law. Kate has advised on a number of recent high profile public procurement challenges in the High Court.
Kate advises a wide range of the firm's clients, including major international clients and UK utilities. Kate has a particular specialism in the healthcare and telecoms sectors.
Kate joined Osborne Clarke in September 2016 as a newly-qualified solicitor having trained at Bevan Brittan LLP. Kate co-founded the Associates Group of the Procurement Lawyers Association in 2019.
