MAP v MFP [2015] WEHC 627 (Fam) - Representing the husband in a case with assets, including a very successful family business, of £25m. The wife sought an add-back of £1.5million in respect of the husband's spending over a two year period. Following a final hearing at the High Court, the judge found that although the husband had overspent significantly, this was not done with the intention of reducing the wife's client, and so would not be added back.
