Sabrina Sears

Sabrina is a Managing Associate in the Private Wealth and Tax team in Mishcon Private. She advises on estate succession planning including Wills, trusts and powers of attorney in addition to estate administration.

Sabrina's particular focus is advising on estate and succession planning for family-established/owned businesses, predominantly UK farming and landed estates. Her work includes drafting Wills and establishing trusts, together with advising on asset structuring and wealth preservation for business succession across the generations. Sabrina is experienced in advising on complex estates which include assets in multiple jurisdictions, both in lifetime planning and after death. She has a keen interest in cross border succession planning and administration of those estates and uses our network of foreign advisers to ensure smooth succession of international assets to the beneficiaries, in the most tax efficient manner.
