Fiona Lewsey

Fiona is Senior Counsel in the Private Wealth and Tax team. She advises on: estate and succession planning; Will drafting; probates, including sealing foreign grants; powers of attorney; and trust creation and administration.

Fiona's particular focus is on advising UK based professionals, especially partners of the Big Four accountancy firms and leading law firms, people working in private equity and banking, and business owners.

Fiona is experienced in advising on complex estates, many of which include assets in numerous jurisdictions. The structures are clear and tailored, with flexibility built in where desired to allow for a change in circumstances.
