Kasper van Haaren assists clients with the full range of labor and employment law. In addition, he is involved in high-profile pension litigation matters that are at the interface of employment and pension law. Kasper is adept at assisting employers with collective dismissals, the dismissal of c-suite and senior managers, changing and the implementation of employment conditions (including pension and equity/incentive plans), litigating non-compete matters, and handling employment and pension aspects of M&A - including works council and trade union matters. Kasper’s work typically has an international angle.
Moreover, Kasper regularly publishes on employment and pension law matters in academic law journals. He is a permanent contributor to the Dutch Employment Case Law Journal (JAR). Kasper is a member of the Association of Dutch Employment Lawyers (VAAN) and the Dutch Association for Pension Law (VPR).
