Sébastien Champagne heads the Firm's Global Disputes team in Brussels and focuses on domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration. He regularly represents and advises major national and international corporations in pretrial negotiations, mediation, litigation before judicial (both civil and criminal) and administrative courts as well as in commercial arbitration. His clients are active in various sectors, including telecom, engineering and supply of industrial equipment, IT, automotive, and pharmaceutical industries. Sébastien serves also as a deputy judge at the Enterprise Court of Brussels. He is also regularly appointed as arbitrator by national and international arbitration institutions.
