Didier has a track record of complex transactions and counsels clients on real estate, real estate financing and compliance issues. In addition to real estate work he also advises on Project Finance Transactions (PPP’s) ranging from tramlines to motorways and from schools to courthouses and prisons.
Didier serves on the Disciplinary Council of the Brussels Bar Association and is past president of the International Project Finance Association (IPFA) Council for Belgium. He is a former member of the Council of the Brussels Bar Association and of the International Bar Association.
