Karin DULAC is a Partner at OGLETREE DEAKINS in France.
She has been a lawyer since 2008 and she became Partner of OGLETREE DEAKINS on 2022.
One of the most promising lawyer of its generation, she has developed particular expertise in equal treatment and discrimination and regularly represents clients in sensitive litigation in this area, as well as advising on the implementation of gender equality policies.
She also has considerable experience in the renegotiation of collective agreements following reorganisations and in high-risk restructuring cases (RCC, APC, PSE, site closures, GEPP, small collective redundancies), enabling each company to adapt its workforce to the desired strategic direction, market constraints or economic difficulties.
Karin is frequently involved in “industrial accidents” and “occupational diseases” cases, assisting companies in their dealings with the CPAM or CRRMP or representing them in court at the litigation stage. She also regularly gives training on issues such as gender equality and discrimination in recruitment.
