Alexis Borestel

An attorney since 2017, Alexis BORESTEL joined OGLETREE DEAKINS in 2018.

He is Of Counsel at OGLETREE DEAKINS since 2025.

He advises French companies as well as subsidiaries of international groups in various sectors (banking, pharmaceutical industry, beauty industry, digital, e-commerce, etc.) on all aspects of employment law, assisting them with their day-to-day and contentious issues.

Alexis has also developed expertise in the support and creation of companies, their reorganizations, their human resources management strategies and their employee representative institutions, as well as during internal investigations.

Alexis is the co-author of numerous articles on current employment topics published in the international guide “Chambers Employment Practice” and “An Introduction to Employment” for France.
