Alexandre Abitbol is a partner in the French office of Ogletree Deakins.

He holds a specialist certificate in labour law.

He advises French companies and international groups on internal investigations, working time, collective bargaining, management of staff representatives and trade unions, staff transfers, collective redundancies and related litigation .

He is a visiting lecturer in labour law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Alexandre is a regular contributor of employment law articles published in the international guide Chambers Employment Practice.

He co-authored the article "An introduction to Employment" in Chambers Employment Practice In-Depth Overview for France in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
