Kara Daniels

Kara L. Daniels chairs the firm's Government Contracts & National Security practice and is on the leadership team of the firm’s Aerospace, Defense & National Security Industry initiative. She has extensive experience litigating complex bid protests, Contract Dispute Act claims, and other legal challenges to agency action. Clients also turn to Ms. Daniels to support internal and government investigations of alleged misconduct and fraud and for advice on diverse government contracts compliance issues. She represents contractors in many industries, including aerospace and defense, health care, information technology, professional services, and energy. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Daniels clerked for the Hon. Ellen L. Hollander. She is a graduate of George Washington University Law School and Haverford College.
