Practice Areas

Partner and Co-Leader of the firm’s Financial Services Group. Practice focuses on banking and complex secured and unsecured lending transactions. Acts for Canadian banks, US banks, as well as other Canadian, US and international financial institutions and non-bank lenders in connection with structuring and negotiating all types of debt financings, including cross-border acquisition financings, asset-based loans, and other corporate and commercial financings. Also acts for corporate borrowers, including sponsors and private equity.

Career

B.A. in Political Science from York University in 1995 and LLB from the University of Windsor in 1998.
