Julián Matos

Julián specialises in real estate transactions with particular emphasis on cross-border issues with Spain, Portugal and Latin America. He also heads up our Spanish retail sector and is part of the core international retail group.

He joined Osborne Clarke in 2011 and before that was in-house adviser to a real estate developer.

Julián works closely with his clients on every legal aspect of real estate transactions, from due diligence to corporate matters, finance and assets management. Most of his clients are real estate developers, family offices, retail operators and other real estate investors.

Having been educated at the Catholic University of Salvador, Brazil, Julián graduated with a law degree in 1999, then as LLM in 2005 from the University of Hamburg, Germany. He is a member of the Barcelona, Brazilian and Portuguese Bar Associations.
