Practice Areas
Judy specialises in employment, partnership and business law. She often acts in complex, high value and high-profile litigation, and has particular expertise in urgent and sensitive matters and those requiring careful tactical handling. She is regularly instructed in High Court claims (including expedited trials) involving team moves, breaches of directors’ duties, fiduciary duties, and restrictive covenants and other contractual disputes, as well as in whistleblowing, discrimination and worker-status litigation in the employment tribunal. She acts in the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, EAT, employment tribunals and in arbitrations, representing both claimants and defendants/respondents. Prior to taking silk, she was Chambers & Partners Employment Junior of the Year 2022.
