Specialist in tax with over 15 years of experience in tax planning, advising individuals and national and multinational companies. He advises on all kinds of transactions, M&A, financing, tax litigation proceedings, and audit procedures with the tax authorities, as well as on investment structures.

Career

He lectures in the Master of Taxation and Fiscal Policy at Universidad de Lima and at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. He has also lectured at Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and at Universidad ESAN. He has written many articles for specialized journals, and speaks regularly at national and international forums on tax matters.

Professional Memberships

He is a member of the Lima Bar Association, of the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law and of the Peruvian Research and Development Institute. He is also a member of the Peruvian group of the International Fiscal Association and is on the association’s board of directors.
