His representative matters include defending AT&T against DOJ’s challenge to AT&T’s $85.4 billion purchase of Time Warner, defending Smithfield Foods in class action antitrust litigation, representing Marriott in securing global antitrust clearance in its $13.8 billion acquisition of Starwood, and authoring the briefs to the Supreme Court in the landmark Leegin case.
