Joseph M Beauchamp

Career

Joseph Beauchamp has more than 20 years’ experience in all facets of IP law. He has litigated cases in all of the key venues across the United States, including the Eastern District of Texas, Northern District of California, District of Delaware, and before the PTAB. While he is a seasoned litigator, Mr. Beauchamp also works with clients to develop strategic approaches for the licensing, transfer and protection of IP rights. Mr. Beauchamp is the past-president of the Houston Intellectual Property Lawyers Association.
