Federico is a practice partner at Consortium Legal - Guatemala. He has 17 years of experience in legal advice in the private sector. He specializes in labor matters in the food, pharmacy, retail, restaurants, banking and finance, real estate, and agricultural sectors. He is a specialist in collective labor conflicts, collective bargaining, security and social security, administrative authorities’ requirements in work and social security matters, and in general, in advising companies in labor matters. Federico has participated in important corporate merger and acquisition processes, and collective bargaining in national and multinational company subsidiaries.

During his career, he has worked in regulatory compliance in the banking and financial sector. Currently, in addition to labor practice, he also applies his experience to counsel on requirements related to implementation of regulatory compliance programs.
