Jonathon Soler is co-head of Weil’s global Private Funds practice and head of the U.S. Private Funds practice. He regularly represents sponsors of private investment funds in connection with the organization and operation of such funds. Additionally, he represents sponsors and investors concerning a variety of strategic investment arrangements, including secondary transactions and managed accounts, and represents institutional investors regarding their investments in private funds. Clients include American Securities, Brookfield, Crow Holdings, Genstar Capital, Altas Partners and Lindsay Goldberg.
