Jonathan Adessky

Practice Areas

Jonathan is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Group and is also an active member in the firm’s national Technology Group and Cyber/Data Group. His practice focuses on privacy and AI compliance, breach response, complex corporate and commercial technology matters (including IT and business process outsourcings, M&A and joint ventures) and e-commerce. On privacy compliance, Jonathan has helped shape the firm’s strategy and service offering to help clients tackle Quebec’s Law 25 in a pragmatic and forward thinking way.

Jonathan’s experience spans a broad array of industries, including fintech, automotive, entertainment, communications, mining and retail.
