John Nassikas

John Nassikas advises and defends companies and individuals in federal and state criminal investigations and prosecutions, particularly in the areas of financial, healthcare, and government contracts fraud, environmental crime, global anti-corruption, antitrust, and SEC enforcement. He concentrates on complex parallel criminal and civil litigations, trials, and internal corporate investigations. He previously served as a federal prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia.
