Mr. Kim is a foreign attorney (US) at Kim & Chang who is a member of the California State Bar and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Kim has been a member of the California State Bar since 2000 and has extensive experience assisting with all aspects of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. Mr. Kim has worked on patents in a wide variety of technical areas, including semiconductor equipment, telecommunication devices, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, and consumer goods. Mr. Kim also has extensive experience counseling and defending clients in customs and export control matters.
