John A. Neuwirth is Co-Chair of Weil’s global Litigation Department, a member of the Firm’s Global Leadership and Strategy Committee, and a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. John is regularly recognized among the country’s leading securities and business litigators. A first chair trial lawyer and trusted board counselor, John focuses on litigating securities, M&A, derivative, fiduciary duty, and complex business and corporate matters at the trial and appellate levels in both federal and state courts, and before arbitration panels. John also counsels boards of directors, board committees, and senior management on M&A, corporate governance, securities, disclosure, regulatory, and other issues, and provides representation in connection with governmental, regulatory, and internal investigations, and proxy contests.
